Q: Are Salt & Swell hats only for surfers?

Not at all. Salt & Swell is made for anyone who loves coastal style, beach culture, and easygoing everyday wear — whether you surf or simply love the lifestyle.

Q: Will Salt & Swell offer more than hats?

Yes. We’re starting with headwear, but our long-term vision is to grow into a coastal lifestyle brand with apparel, accessories, and more beach-inspired essentials.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

Every Salt & Swell hat is made to order. Orders are usually embroidered and fulfilled within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Q: How long will delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location. After your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

  • Ireland: 2–5 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 3–8 business days
  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or other delays outside our control.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Q: What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If your order has already entered production, we may be unable to make changes. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Refund & Return

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every product is made especially for you after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size, selecting the wrong colour, changing your mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Q: What if my package is lost?

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate. If the package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we may ask you to contact your local postal service before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your payment provider to process the refund.
