Yes. We’re starting with headwear, but our long-term vision is to grow into a coastal lifestyle brand with apparel, accessories, and more beach-inspired essentials.
Every Salt & Swell hat is made to order. Orders are usually embroidered and fulfilled within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If your order has already entered production, we may be unable to make changes. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Because every product is made especially for you after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size, selecting the wrong colour, changing your mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate. If the package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we may ask you to contact your local postal service before a replacement or refund can be considered.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your payment provider to process the refund.
