Order Processing

Orders are typically embroidered and fulfilled within 2–5 business days.

During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been fulfilled are:

  • Ireland: 2–5 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 3–8 business days
  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already entered production, we may be unable to make changes. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
