Because every product is made especially for you after you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Choosing the wrong colour
  • Changing your mind
  • Buyer's remorse

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, we may ask you to contact your local postal service before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your payment provider to process the refund.
